PerkSpot is searching for a Client Success Associate to join our Client Success team! We ensure employees see offers curated to their interests, allowing them to save on electronics, home goods, meal delivery, mortgages, travel, and all the other little—and big—things that will make life a bit easier.

What you’ll accomplish:

  • Take charge of tracking and resolving issues for our clients by responding to inbound emails and phone calls from the 850+ clients in the PerkSpot book of business
  • Effectively prioritize multiple tickets coming in by urgency
  • Ladder any client issues effectively, by taking a first stab at how you would approach a complex scenario
  • Report on KPIs such as First Response and Time To Resolution
  • Upsell to try and obtain eligibility files from clients
  • Ensure compliance of eligibility files
  • Work with the Product Team to keep tabs on product releases and new initiatives
  • Create processes and best practices to streamline the way we are working
  • Assist the Client Success team with overflow projects and additional tasks as needed

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a client service role
  • Experience managing and addressing several open service inquiries at once
  • Knowledge in Salesforce, MS Excel, or any other tech software a plus
  • Professional and empathetic but confident communication style
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work well within a team
